This ANBU captain serves in Leaf Village.
Click For Quick-Spoilers: Dressed in white robes, this ANBU captain tried to direct his fellow ANBU during the invasion of Leaf by Sound and Sand. Though he arrived near the Third Hokages location quickly, he was unable to reach him in time to get through the barrier the Four Sounds created. Because of that, he and his fellow ANBU had to watch the battle between Orochimaru and the Third Hokage without being able to lend assistance.
The ANBU captain and his partners later interrogated Naruto when Gennou, the master trap layer, came to Konoha and then fled. He and his men were determined to find out what Gennou was doing in their village.

This unnamed man is a ninja from Cloud Village. He is the junior ninja under his senior Jay. While they were out in the country, they heard a nearby disturbance. Rushing to the scene they saw Killer Bee, the Hachibi Jinchuuriki, engaged in combat with Akatsuki.
Click For Quick-Spoilers: After seeing Killer Bee knocked out by Uchiha Sasuke's Amaterasu, Jay chose to go in pursuit and follow the group. This man remained behind to receive the communication lizards Jay sent back to Kumo. After the lizards stopped arriving, he and Kumo understood that Jay was either killed or captured.
